Shelterforce is “the nation’s oldest continually published housing and community development magazine. For more than three decades, Shelterforce has been a primary forum for organizers, activists, and advocates in the affordable-housing and neighborhood revitalization movements.” Learning In: A Coalition Organizes for Equitable Redevelopment was written by Laurie S.
